And Cruelty was Born

Silence screamed and torment smiled
For I was born their undoubting child
Torn between reality and the fantasy I live
Yet Iím not the one who has to forgive
I am the sanctuary of those who are cruel
Whose scornful tears they often duel
I am unkind in thought, and never in deed
Iím never straight foreword, I always mislead
Would I not betray your every trust
I would cut out your heart for love or lust
The blood that flows through my veins is still
It will not cause my death, only please my will
So bid by me if death you dare
Seek my cruelty and itís ours to bear
