Cherries
by Charlotte S.
copyright 12-24-2004

Age Rating: 1 to 127

Cherries are sweet
Cherries are sour
I'll always love cherries
Each and every hour
Eat some cherries day and night
Don't care whether it's dark or light
These little cherries are all mine
They make me feel happy and fine

Hey Charlotte.
I rather like this. It has a Dr. Seuss sort of charm to it. I myself aren't particularly fond of cherries, but I dolike cherry-flavored treats. That counts for something, right? lol!

Well I was editing it so it would get a better flow..but then I didn't like the poem in general anymore =(
So I think I'll be leaving this as it is.

*nibbles the cherry* Very cute poem. The flow isn't quite there, but a few touchups will make it go nicely! =D good job!

This is a cute poem, but the second verse doesn't flow all that well and sounds just a little bit forced.
When you rhyme something, you have to see that it has around the same number of syllables, because if it doesn't it sounds bad.
