Not Tears
by Irina Guschina (Age: 53)
copyright 12-17-2004

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Only bell-flowers.
You have left behind yourself
Only bell-flowers.

Not my tears, not tears.
I've dried bell-flower’s dew,
Not my tears, not tears.

I'm not sure I understand it either, although not all good poetry has to be "understood" in a rational way. Poetry, is after all, about the feeling it makes the reader experience. The way this is written does convey a sense of melancholy or nostalgia.
