Life Is A Dance

They say that life is but a dance,
And all the world's a stage,
We only go around one time,
So why can't we behave?

We say that they don't do the dance
That we were taught to do,
Instead of learning how they live
And trying something new,

We criticize and say they're wrong,
"That isn't how it's done,"
If we would try to see their side,
We'd realize we'd just won,

The admiration of our neighbours,
And some friends for life,
Then maybe we can find some peace,
And maybe end the strife.

The world is one big place to dance,
And we all have our beat,
Let's try to dance with others, without
Stepping on their feet.
