Fates Door
by Christopher Carlson (Age: 26)
copyright 01-13-2005

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Knocking on fates door
Ratta tat tat
Will someone answer?
What does tomorrow hold?
Ratta tat tat
Will I be rich?
Or will I be poor?
Ratta tat tat
Will I love?
Or will I be alone?
Ratta tat tat
Will I live?
Or will I die?
Ratta tat tat
Questions like these I would like to know
But return tomorrow
To knock once more
Ratta tat tat

Funny thing... fate. It plays musical doors on us. Once we think we know what's behind it... it suddenly seems to change on us.

And if you've read much of my work... you KNOW Ilove repetition for emphasis. :-)

"Ka, Sera, Sera, Whatever Will Be, Will Be", but we still ask the questions.
Good write; simple to understand; I like the repetition of the line "Ratta tat tat".
