The pony express is an example,
of what can be done if need.
And there are many many stories,
of just how to work to succeed.
Stories of Roman empires,
that fell in one days time.
And Tales of the Lone Ranger's,
never ending crusade against crime.
None of these stories questioned,
the ability to do at will.
And the possibility of failure,
their ambitions did not kill.
I guess I'll show this to you,
the next time I hear that line.
That one excuse that will not hold,
"But what if I don't have Time?"
For time is an immeasurable moment
and no one knows how long they've got.
So you can't ever worry just how much,
there is,
or whether or not.

I love poems that make you think (and commentors for that matter too! I'll have to get Mr. Roger Crique to critique MY work as well!).
You know, "I don't have the time" IS an excuse for everyone MAKES time for what matters most to them. Like right now, I got up early to do some work from home. And what am I doing with my time? I'm writing and reading and commenting and rating... lol. I guess THAT matters most to me. :-)
Just like money. You see people on food stamps who buy junk food and name brands and don't use coupons. Well, then they have too much money if you ask me. (I'm not knocking food stamps, but these same people will buy beer and cigarettes and lottery tickets with the money they DO have and complain they don't have enough to buy a car or pay the bills.) It just doesn't make sense to me. You have enough for what you really want to have and that goes for time, money, and everything. Where there's a will... there's a way. :-)
I think this is a very poignant poem, expressing the troubles that most of us have, when it comes to time management. Some of the rhymes were a bit off and you misspelled the word, "their." "No one knows how long they have," it's true. But time is measurable. The ending is needs to be a little stronger. "So you can't ever worry just how much, there is, or whether or not." This sentence needs restructuring. "Or how much of time remains not," sounds better. I hope I’m not being too critical. Let me know.
