Hey! Hey! Hey!
How's everyone? I have midterms coming up! Midterms, midterms, here and there, midterms, midterms EVERYWHERE! I already got my Social Studies Midterm on Friday. Thank god we have Monday off, I have time to run away and not go to Child's-Jail-and-Labor-Center-with-no payment and take my Spanish Midterm. Teachers give students midterms to keep them busy for a while so they can plot more evil things against us. It's the truth, sad but true. Well it isn't really sad, it actually makes me angry. Grrrrr. Heeheehee.
A good movie is What A Girl Wants, starring Amanda Bynes. It is really good, I only saw it twice but I love it. It is about a girl named Daphne who visits her father, the father that she never saw but knew of. It comes as a big suprise to him, because he hadn't known that Daphne even existed. So anyway Daphne brings trouble wherever she goes. She falls in love with a boy named Ian. Later on, she changes her life, doesn't like it, and moves back where she came from: Chinatown, New York. I'm not going to tell you the ending though. This movie is also kind of related to Cinderalla, it even has an evil to-be-wife, and another evil to-be-daughter, see it, and you'll belive it.
A good book is Here's To You, Rachel Robinson by Judy Blume. As you know Judy Blume is a famous author. Well in this book, she writes about this perfect girl named Rachel Robinson, she gets A's, plays the flute, and is always helpful. Her best friends are Alison and Stephaie and she has a sister named Jesse. Suddenley, her trouble maker brother comes home from boarding school and starts annoying everyone. All in all, Rachel finds out that being Miss Perfect isn't everything and actually develops a small sense of humor. I just gave you the overall of the book, there ARE small details that I left out, just for the fun and suspense of it. Be sure to read the book that started it all: Just As Long As We're Together, as a matter of fact I have started reading it on Friday.
I know it's old news, but I can't get over Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt's breakup. That guy is such a gerk. Poor Jennifer, just goes to show that life isn't fair. *Tear* Especially when you take spanish. Hasta lavista, baby!
Se ya'
Tina Z.
P.S.- I gave in my entry a little early because I have midterms to study for. Bye!
