They've taken over
by Roger Crique (Age: 51)
copyright 12-15-2005

Age Rating: 4 to 127

  They've taken over

I can’t stand them!
They’re everywhere!
They have taken over.
Just to see them here, I scare.

I hate their brown complexion.
I want to kill them all!
I’m aghast at their detection
I’m up against the wall

Why do they come here?
Perhaps I should stay calm!
I wish my mind to clear.
Perhaps I should get Mom!

I ran out the door,
to take the elevator.
When suddenly I realized
My Mom’s not a fumigator.

I can't imagine living where there are cockroaches. This is cute poem, although not so cute for those who can relate.
