Blind Leaders (Corporate Management)

Age Rating: 10 to 127

They've never been taught the job we do,
Yet someone has put them in charge,
To make 'great' decisions to help us work,
Small thinkers who think they are large.

Junior Executives,
Like kings upon a hill,
They came right out of college,
But they never learned a skill.

They sit in their offices nine until five,
Just thinking of something to do,
A project for this and a project for that,
But nothing has changed when they're through.

Junior Executives,
With heads stuck in the clouds,
Making corporate decisions,
And sitting there so proud.

They work in positions of power and strength,
And we, in positions of pain,
They think they are making a difference for good,
But everything's staying the same.

Junior Executives,
It's time they got a life,
And treat us all with some respect,
And end this corporate strife.

Man, that sucks the big one.
I would agree that we need to train our youth to acctually do a job. This is a cool poem.
Keep up the good work.

Sometimes I wonder if they destroy companies because they can? We have lost so much of our savings because of stupid decisions of the Educated. (not all are this way) Great write. Thanks, Anthony
