Honey Bun Cake

Age Rating: 7 to 127

 
1 Bx. yellow cake mix ( any brand)
3/4 cup veg. oil
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbls. cinnamon...(mixed in the 1/2 cup of sugar)


Mix together the cake mix and the next four ingredients
Swirl in the cinnamon mixture with a knife
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour
remove from oven and apply topping


Topping: apply while still hot

1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tsp. milk

Hope that you enjoy this one.. my kids love it and it is quick and easy for mom's on the go.. makes a great coffee cake for when friends drop over...

I am a sucker for some cake. I'm not to big on sweets though because my teeth are getting week but I would love to try this one day!
