Buried Love
by Lucy Suzume Q. (Age: 17)
copyright 03-17-2005

Age Rating: 7 to 127

Where can we go, if we're lost in the air?
What can we find, if there's nothing there?
Who can we talk to if we're surrounded by hate?
When can we walk freely up to that Golden Gate?
The answer, my friend, is not to go high
Nor to go across.
No, the answer, my friend, is buried deep down
Deep down, a key, which can never be lost.
If we're lost, use the key as a compass
If we can't find something, use the key as a guide
If we're surrounded by hate, use the key to unlock someone's heart
If we can't get past the gate, use the key to open the gate apart.
The key gives you wonders, yet it can't be carried,
The key lives inside your heart where it's buried
The key to our lives and to our questions is like a dove
Where the dove soars because the key is love.

Amazing... This is so deep and true. It remind me about the topics I write about. the unknown and unproven. It's deep and filled with emotion. Pain and sorrow and trying to get people to believe words you are saying. It's hard. The poems flows wonderfully and the spelling and grammar are also fitting and work well. Truly wonderful work. It's only too bad the author wont receive my praise of her wonderful works.

Hi. This is Lucy's younger sister...Lucy is the girl who wrote these poems. I just wanted to tell people that I'm very sorry to say this but my sister Lucy has died. I hope you really enjoyed her poems that she wrote. She wrote more than these, but she didn't put them up. Please pray for her soul.

Love is a very strong force to be reckoned with; it can overcome most anything. It is definitely a key, and you have expressed this well.
