Legs

  Legs

Legs, Legs,
Everywhere there's legs,
Some that look so heavenly,
And some that look like pegs.

Some that are so smooth and toned,
And some that are so fair,
Some that look okay alone,
But most look best in pairs.

Some look good in short-shorts,
And some look good in tights,
Some are long and some are short,
And some are built just right.

Some are strong and muscular,
And some are slight and graceful,
Some are young and some are old,
But most are really tasteful.

No matter how your legs may look,
Just keep one thing in mind,
Don't listen to what others say,
They really do look fine.

And I thought myself silly for writing about my navel... lol. Legs are good.. chicken legs, frog legs, lobster... and the list goes on. *mouth waters* :-)

Awesome poem! I neve would've imagined a poem being written about something so ordinary!

I like this David, I'm a leg man myself,,,,lol.
The main thing is that they reach solidly to the ground

Haha.. I would be in the fair legs section. XD

I suspect that this was written for someone who was bemoaning the state of their legs. Jolly lucky to have two I say. My dog Josh has only three and there are some things he cannot do. He tries though and never gives up even if its with much shrieking. Doreen
