Quick Microwave Cake

Once at a tupperware party I saw a really easy recipe made and I have used it in a crunch time and time again!

1 Box Cake Mix
1 Egg
1 Can Pie Filling

Mix all ingredients together (it will be VERY thick)
Spoon into a microwaveable BUNDT cake pan
Microwave on high for twelve minutes
Remove and let sit for a few minutes
(It will finish cooking as it sits)

* I usually use white cake mix with cherry pie filling and it's all white and red and sweet and doesn't even need frosting when it's done. When you're in a rush and expected to bring something... this works out great! (Even my 7 year old can make it!)

Hey Lauren, you can use other flavors. I love chocolate and cherry pie filling myself. But the white with cherry looks better for presentation if you're going to a gathering. LOL. As for cups? Yikes... yeah, I think I did it once that way but had to stop cooking them in like 3 minutes or something. You always have to stop just BEFORE it's all the way done, cuz it often keeps cooking as you let it set there. It's all trial and error though... cuz if it's not done all the way.. it's gooey. LOL. When it comes out perfect though... it's divine! Yummy!

Hello again! This is an older Lauren here to tell you of her friends trying this...or something similar. They made this in coffee cups, and they over heated them...XD It became a brick and they couldn't get it out...Not even the birds outside could get pieces of them...xD

I'll try it how you said it though! ><; sounds a lot safer then using a cup. Hahaha!
Best wishes,
Laur

LOL... well tell me how it turns out. And remember, it comes out looking like it's not done...but just let it set for a few minutes. I don't put frosting on it or anything...but my kids do. It's all up to taste. :-)

Just what I need. There goes the diet and I can make this way to easy to not have some tomarrow! Thanks Anthony
