Questions of September.-(9/11rip)
by Tori Lang
copyright 04-19-2005

Age Rating: 13 to 127

Where were you on that September day
when the towers began to fall
from oceans away did you awake
to the devestation of it all.
Or was it you who emerged, an angel by your side
is your sons name upon the list of those they couldnt find.
Did you return from work that day, and just held your darling wife
or did you stop and realize how grateful you are of life.
Did that night you wake your daughter
and held her to your breast
did you go to church and pray with a stranger
that the lost ones are at rest.
Perhaps you lit a candle
wrote a letter
called your love
Maybe you were made to question the presence of God above

Where were you on that September day
when the planes flew to their fate
Did it open up your eyes
and change your perspective of view
Proving to you that life is not a dress rehearsal
It is the real thing we are living through
So Live well, Love lots and smile always.
