Decisions
by David Pekrul
copyright 05-03-2005

Age Rating: 7 to 127

Do I go this Way?,
Or do I go that,
Now how do I choose?,
Pick a straw from a hat?

I need a decision,
To give me some peace,
Do I follow my heart?,
Or spread out a fleece.

It never seems easy,
Don't know what to do,
I'm trusting you God,
Leave it all up to You.

I know You are with me,
And want what is best,
To do as you ask me,
Then I'll pass the test.

Please show me the way,
You'd have me to go,
As I follow Your path,
And let Your will flow.

Wow, another great work David! I have to agree with Deb that life is nothing but a maze, and sometimes it is not easy to find the 'cheese'. Once you do find it, it's the beginning of a whole new 'maze'.

Excellent work, David!

Myahahahhaa, you know what this brought to mind?

A mouse in maze wanting the cheese,a nd looking up to some kid watching him going "RIGHT OR LEFT?" And the kid popping a bubble in his bubble gum and shrugging then studying the maze and going, "Straight."

lol. Then again....life really is a maze, and we're all pretty lost hunting for the "cheese", ne?
