Love is so gentle; you need to hold it tightly
As day-by-day it will grow on you,
Become part of you,
All you know is; you really care,
And you’re playing this game forever.
Maybe for a while,
Or maybe a ring on the finger, making it forever,
But love is love no age exists.
You know I’m here when you need me,
You know I need you,
I need your arms around mine….
Just like roses need to come in a dozen…

The poem is not that bad it quite good but some things aren't concrete lik ethe ring on the finger for there many things that can happen after marriage
yes but in the beginning when you fall in love it seems like that even if something goes wrong or you're in a bad relationship thats how you want to see love....how everyone wants to see love they don't want to believe love comes with problems, hard times, or even bad people....it depends how you look at it...so in one way its childish in another way it's blindsighted to the reality of love...
Anthony is right when he says the a ring on the finger doesn't guarantee that love will be forever; however, a wedding ring on the finger does mean that you have made a life-time committment to each other, and to keep this love going, much work has to be done.
A dozen...thats an orgy and I heard about those in the sixties. The ring on the finger doesn't make forever and love is not always gentle. This is a cute poem about love, but it shows that school is not out for you yet! Nice write! Anthony
