What's on your mind! No thinking involved because it's your mind. Therefore it should be a good problem with all your questions, answers, facts, and/or opinions. Well that's just what I believe.
Strong emotions. Things like love, lost love, or depression. I find that people--especially younger people (like when I was in Jr. High and High School)--write a lot about their emotions. I also realized that once I broke away from depression, it was harder for me to write, because I didn't have any of that same "soul deep" hurting. So yah...depression, love, and heart ache. At least for me.
