Excellent poem; full of emotions. Mika, no matter how far away your loved one is, if the love for eachother is strong and true, you will never be TRULY far apart. You might be physically apart, but in your hearts, you are forever close. Remember that. As I said, excellent work.

This subject will be the reason for thousands of poems and has been for more than we can count. The loss of love or of your loved one's touch. 1000 miles is not as far as you might think, but then one mile may be a great distance to some. Real love will endure. Good luck, Anthony
