Beneath Heather's Feathers

( these were written to add to the Heather's Feathers series by David Pekrul and Mary "BrytEyz" Ball - The title is a reference to,The Planet of the Apes movies)


Sometimes in rainy weather
I dream of David's Heather.
The idea is so nice,
took Mary and David's advice,
and dressed her in a "little" leather.


Now when ever I see a feather,
I always think of Heather.
I think of her of course,
riding Godiva's horse,
and imagine it was in cold weather!


It's true Heather wore three feathers,
When in England there was cold weather.
So she made it a hobby,
to get caught by a Bobby,
a warm place to sleep in would net her!

LOL, this is so fun~! And great addition to the "series" as David said. :-)

I'd like to know if anyone else would join in on the game. It would be cool to keep a string of Heather's Feathers poems going.
