Sailor Moon vs The Zombies-part 23

Sailor Moon vs The Zombies-part 23

Lita and Raye had finally barricaded themselves inside the PnP building. The lobby looked like a luxurious mansion with all the frills. The zombies outside clawed at the reinforced windows, but were kept out by the reinforced glass.
"I never thought we'd get out of that amusement park alive," panted Raye as she put a few more pieces of furniture against the door.
"Yeah," said Lita, similarly out of breath. "And that escape we did from the hospital where we cured my zombie bite was no picnic either."
"That was days ago Lita," snarled Raye, her stress was obvious. "Why would you mention that now? It makes no sense. IT MAKES NO SENSE!" She grabbed Lita by her collar and forced her against the wall.
"Calm down Raye," said Lita. "You're just upset that when we searched for Serena and Amy the other day that we were surrounded by zombies, then escaped to a zoo where the animals were also zombies, and then we continued our search but still didn't find them."
Raye released her and gave her a crazy look. "Are you out of your mind? I know all that! Why are you suddenly talking about the past as if it is vital information!"
"Sorry!" Lita said and she smiled weakly.
Suddenly there was a noise from behind them. They spun around in fighting stance expecting to see more zombies. Instead it was a rather average looking man.
"Hello," said the man. "My name is Andrew. I'm one of the writers here. Welcome to PnP."
The two girls shrugged and introduced themselves.
"This is really turning into a weird day," said Raye as she sighed.
"Yeah," said Lita smiling, "almost as weird as that first day when we escaped from Serena's house and left Amy behind. Then we ended up at a zombie jamboree and the only way the zombies agreed not to eat our brains at the jamboree was if we performed a song, and then we performed a song and they let us go, but them we realized that one of the zombies was Melvin, but before we could talk to him, a giant mutant rabbit chased us around the city. Remember that Raye?"
"Oh Lita..." laughed Raye.
The camera slowly panned out and faded to black as Raye, Lita and their strange new friend laughed together. Even a couple of the zombies outside were laughing.

All I can say is that at least they weren't met by David with his wild beard. They would have thought the zombies had gotten in the building! This was a good story even if I wasn't in it! Anthony
