This Limerick is all about Mike's,
desire to sleep with little tike's.
Caught with Jesus juice,
head was in a noose,
acquitted to do what ever he likes.
There was a man named Jackson
wanted some younger action
bought a ferris wheel
can ride for a feel
gotta love that first feeling of Passion.
There was once this pop star,
that took the search to far.
Did he take the boy,
to use as a toy?
Couldn't you pick something up at the bar?
Just because they said you are not,
does not mean that you've got.
the right to sin,
do it again,
Spend eternity in a place that's hot!
Innocent or guilty it is a little weird. I wish for the best in all, but if you don't want to get blown up, you won't walk in a mine field. God save anyone that is, was and could ever be involved with things like this. Anthony

Even though this was funny the natuure of the incidence was not. I don't know about thhe court system, but I kow there's a special place in Hell for weirdos like him!
Bob is right. Also, I believe, in civil court, a person is not technically found guilty of anything and is instead found to be liable for damages. OJ was found liable in his civil trial, but has received no criminal record because of it and still walks free. That is another major difference between criminal and civil court.
Believe it or not, there are "standards of proof"; Preponderance of the evidence, clear and convincing, beyond the shadow of a doubt.
A lawyer once explained to me that preponderance means that (civil court - usually in the opinion of a judge) there is a 51% chance of guilt. Clear and convincing is 75% and beyond the shadow is 100%. See Here
And yes, In the United States you get as much "Justice" as you can afford to buy. Justice in the US is a meaningless word.
Oj was found guilty in civil court to be criminally responsible for his wife's death. While in civil court, there isn't the needed burden of proof for the prosecution, he was still found guilty enough to be forced to pay the Brown's a huge amount of money.
They still talk about this on my favorite channel, Court TV. :)
Uh yeah.
He was actually found not guilty. I personally believe that he wasn't guilty and that it was a scam to get money from him because he was foolish enough to settle with a previous person. I assume he settled originally to avoid the media circus which his recent trial certainly was.
Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
I think you should do one of these for O. J. Simpson. Even though he too was found not guilty, there was certainly much more evidence against him! Of course, since he's a sports hero, and not 'weird' like Michael, I guess people don't care that he very likely got away with murder. This is, of course, my opinion. I disagree with the court result in the Simpson case. Gee, I wonder if the police are still investigating THAT case to find the 'real' killer. I doubt they would waste their time.
While Michael may certainly be 'strange', I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt. He may have exercised poor judgment in some of the things he did do, but on this topic, I agree with the jury that found him not guilty.
This is obviously all my opinion. Maybe he did do those things. It wouldn't be the first time a celebrity got away with something. I just don't think he did.
On Brian's comment; If he were an 'ordinary man', he would be in jail now, just like O.J. Simpson would be rotting in jail now if he were an 'ordinary person'. I agree with Deone's comment that if Michael were an ordinary person, he likely would not have been accused at all, because, in my opinion, this was a grab for money, not justice.
We may not like to admit it, but 'justice' CAN, and often is, bought, and Justice is far from blind. The court systems have such high ideals, too bad they usually fall very short of them. The point here is that you can't truly know if someone is innocent or guilty based on a verdict, so we all have to depend on our own opinions.
It's no wonder why most people have little faith in the court system, when even those found to be innocent are still treated as though they were guilty.(Oh, before you point it out, I realize the irony that I still think OJ was guilty even though he was found innocent. I'm not really basing my arguments on the court decisions in these cases, simply what I personally believe.)
Again, I apologize if my comments seem a little 'ranty', but I just feel strongly about this. Wow, I think this a record for the longest comment ever! Even though I disagree with you, I do thank you for inspiring me to write such a long comment, and I do highly respect your right to your opinion, as I'm sure you respect my right to mine. Only Michael knows for sure which one of is right! And I do thank you for age rating this as 16+.
Thanks again!
Limericks are usually a hidden joke. By putting your comments on Michael Jackson in limerick form you certainly minimize the court action. In reply to the comment about his being a "regular" person. If he had been, there would have been no accusation. This was a money deal. Let's get as much as we can from a celebrity. I just hope he is smarter now and doesn't even try to help anyone.
I once saw a movie "Aladdin"
With truth and much more of that in
"You're only in trouble
if you're caught." - then double
Said with such conviction I bought in
So Michael wasn't caught I guess
Not near enough revealed of THAT mess
To convict the man
with one gloved hand
The other busy in some Neverland's nest
Where boys are toys and toys are bribes
Where one man's dream is realized
Go ahead if you wish
blow your fans a big kiss
The star struck jurors won't chastize
There once was a singer named Jacko,
Was somewhat a bit of a wacko,
To treat the young boys,
To all of his toys,
A court-case he then had to tackle.
He stated that he did not do it,
And said that the lawyers must prove it,
They all tried their best,
But he passed the test,
His freedom’s ensured; he won’t lose it.
And now that he’s clear of all charges,
It’s out of the courtroom he barges,
To Neverland Ranch,
He’s won a new chance,
And time spent in prison he dodges.
.........I won't say that he is squeaky clean when it comes to his actions around children, but I do think in this particular case the innocent verdict was correct, as the plaintiff (the mother of the boy) was not a credible witness.
Well put, I think these sum up the majority of peoples feelings about this case.
Maybe we do get the justice we can afford.
If he had been just an ordinary man I wonder how the verdict would have gone then.
