Back to the Beggining
by Sarah Mahler
copyright 06-27-2005

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Looking back,
I realize..
That it was me
at fault,
And no one else..

All those horrid,
Horrid, things..
I never ment to do..
They were my fault,
Mine alone.
A choice I made.

But now I realize...
I'm no better.
I haven't,
I didn't,
Take my mistakes
into consideration.
to learn.
And now.
Now.
I'm back at the beggining.
At the start.
At my wit's end.
Crying hopelessly.
Hoping despretly..
for this awfull,
terrible,
situation to end.

This poem is POWER, right to the jugular. Packed with regret and emotions, this poem brings to light the ramifications of one's actions. A better person is the one that recognizes his/her mistakes and does something to correct them. There are a few spelling errors. Great job.

Regrets are the past bothering you in the future. Don't let them rule you. No matter what you've done,it's to late to take back. You must simply procede on with daily life happily.
Keep up the good work.

Life is a series of circles. We travel around in time, in more ways than we would like to acknowledge. Good luck, I know you will figure it all out....someday! Anthony
