The Gambler From Reno

There once was a gambler from Reno,
Who spent all his time playing Keno,
But he had no luck,
He lost his last buck,
Now begs in the front of casinos.


II

The Whaler And The Sailor

There once was a drunken old Whaler,
Who got in a fight with a Sailor,
He had him harpooned,
His uniformed ruined,
He needed much more than a tailor.

David is a writer,
who's mind is wrapped tighter.
Writes of sailors and so forth,
from his home way up north,
trying to make the world brighter.

Canada is David's home,
he lives there near a gnome.
The gnome's friendship is a pleasure,
Davids trying to get the treasure,
so the rest of the world he'll roam!
