I usually do not like haiku poems, because of their limitations. You have managed, within those limitations, to portray vividly, both the beauty and the annoyance of summer.
This poem is for the birds...and the poor flies, some won't have to bear the heat much longer. I wonder if the birds like their food heated? Almost as good as my picture! Anthony
