Where is my luggage?
by Duangchai Sut-un (Age: 32)
copyright 07-28-2005

Age Rating: 10 to 127

I flew a thousand miles.
I spent almost 3 hours in the sky.
My body was tired
while my heart was full of happiness.
As I will see my love soon.

After one hour passes by,
I am still standing in the same line and waiting.
Where is my freaking luggage?

.................................................

Sometimes I feet like I'm waiting forever for my luggage at the airport.

I read a story about a girl whose luggage traveled the world and then her mother called the airport and acted all tough on them and claimed she would sue them.
then, the next day, the luggage arrived with a 1,000 check.
by the way, this is a true story.
wonderful poem, and like Mr.Crique said, this poem has more than one meaning.
good job, welcome to america, and I hope you like p-n-p.

I'm going to give you five stars for this one! You want to know why? Because you used the perfect analogy to what life is, when you used the words, "Airport, luggage, waiting on line, flying and body being tired." We all fly here, to this airport we call Earth. We all come with our own baggage (luggage) to this airport, where we scramble for what we want. Most of us have to, "wait on line," as we move through life, (the airport). Sometimes, we lose our luggage (purpose in life) and we become frustrated! Thank you for such a wonderful and thoughtful poem!

This is cute. I like the structure. And airports can be such a headache.

I never carry luggage, I send it U.P.S. the day before and pick it up at the front desk and back the same way. Costs a little more, but it has never been lost..knock on wood! I did like this poem and that is why I don't take luggage. Thanks , Anthony

You sound a little frustrated. You should be in my shoes (I'm an airline ticket agent) when someones call me to complain about their lost luggage. I hear all sorts of descriptive words. I should just record the call and turn it into a poem. It would be a doozy. lol
