I want to nominate David Pekrul for the contest.

He only wrote his first poem in February of 2004.

After joining our group, I remember a conversation about how he only wrote when the inspiration hit him and could never just compose for a contest. Doesn't that seem so long ago! Now he has some 238 poems posted here! I think he is running over with inspiration and surely has seen much growth in his writing! Although he constantly makes fun of me, he is and will be as long as he wants, my friend! Hidden Voice, I think not! Buried treasure describes it better. I am proud of many things, but none more valued than the friends here at P-N-P. Life is great! Anthony

Thank you, Anthony, for this nomination. I am always amazed when someone says they like what I have written. To me it is always a surprise that the words fell from my hand. As my Mother always says each time she reads another poem, "You thought of these out of your head?!"
