When you see your legs look pudgy
and your stomachs getting round.
And you try to bend over,
but your hand can't touch the ground.
And you know that every time you eat,
your stomach gets so sore.
You walk into the kitchen and eat and eat some more.
When your clothes start fitting snugly
and your skin begins to flab.
And instead of walking home each day,
you wait and take a cab.
And that you look so different,
is what all your friends implore.
You walk into the kitchen and eat and eat some more.
When your body looks all out of shape
and you don't know who to blame.
You run into your bedroom
and hide yourself in shame.
Cause, your dainty little footstep,
has turned into a giant roar.
You walk into the kitchen and eat and eat some more.
When you step upon your bathroom scale
and it spins just like a top.
And you know you've had enough to eat,
but you don't know when to stop.
When you sit upon the toilet
and it shatters to the floor.
You walk into the kitchen and eat and eat some more.
When you need a king size bed,
so you don't fall off the side.
And you usually stay inside the house,
cause your exit is denied.
And when you're going to your room,
you can't fit through the door.
You walk into the kitchen and eat and eat some more.
You're tired almost all the time
and your body you just hate.
I think it's time you realize,
you better lose some weight.
