Pale emotions guide my endless routine
Work, sleep, work, sleep
Nothing catches my attention
Bored to the point of paralysis
Some people fear death
I die a little more each day
Ignoring the pain around me
Helpless to help the helpless
But then I remember my light
My reason for continuing to exist
And for awhile, a least
I can see through her eyes
She cares, truly cares for me
Smiling her healing smile
Seeing beauty in an ugly world
Then the harsh morning comes again
Have I lost my mind?
Am I going Insane?
Or am I going sane,
In an insane world?
I continue to exist
Seemingly out of habit
What will become of her when I'm gone?
Will she disappear when I do?
Mizuno Ami, Sailor Mercury
My only friend in my dark loneliness
I am so tired, my Angel
Maybe it's time to go to sleep
