Winter's End

by Rissa Tahre (Age: 22)
copyright 08-14-2005

Age Rating: 1 +

Deep into winter
Life has faded
Into a whisper

The wind still blows
The sky still snows
The water still flows
Beneath the ice.

No one can see
No one can hear
No one can sense
The Queen of winter

Ice cold as death
The world is asleep
Till sweet young spring
Shall bring forth the sun

Cute and sweet, your poem is neat. I felt the chill and know others will, think this is a treat. Anthony
