August 24th will mark my sixth month clean. My friend Mindi and I are going out on the 25th to celebrate by getting tattoos, and I'm thinking of getting pierced, but I'm not sure if I want my tongue, belly button, or other areas, LOL! I'm a bit afraid, you know? At least of piercings...I know the tattoo I want and where, and I'll post pictures after I do it ^_^
But I just wanted to announce my sixth month, as it's REALLY big for me. I'm on my way to making it a full year completely clean and free of meth! And so far, I have a good job, I have a scholarship to school, and might get signed if I actually can rap well enough for Woodpile (If I do wind up meeting them like they suggested!)

The world is difficult and as I read this again, I remembered an old friend who last every thing.
He is in a VA hospital waiting to die. So easy it is to fall. Keep your guard up.
Other: much success with your new creative reaches.. Walt
In the time life gives us, each walks in the view of others perception, proud of life, living for the dream make sure to take your share, skids are often slippery, many hands wait to catch you, watch where you get branded, and as my son would say run through... Keep the fight going.. Walt
You've come a long way, and i am really proud of you and happy for you! You made a very tough decision, and it's awesome to see that you have been able to stick to it so well. Good luck with the piercing thing... I had my belly button pierced for about 6 months before I got irritated with it and took it out. Tongue piercings are fun, but painful. I hope you get a good tattoo artist who is willing to work extra hard with you. Salut! And congratulations.
It gets easier from now on, but don't let your guard down. You are the strongest person I know. I love you and believe in you! Andrew is right about the infections with the tongue piercing, so go with the belly button. I am very proud of you! Love and kisses, Anthony
Congratulations! This is truly a remarkable achievement. Drug addiction is one of the hardest things to overcome, and you are doing a great job of it.
As far as piercings go, I don't have any, but from what I hear, you should probably avoid a tongue piercing. I hear they are nothing but trouble and are prone to infections.
You really are a wonderful person, and I hope everything works out for you with Woodpile...you definitely deserve a reward for all your good work and effort over the past six months.
Ami is bugging me to say hi for her again, so 'Hi' from Ami!
