Mary, Mary!
by Anthony Lane Stahlhut (Age: 47)
copyright 09-14-2005

Age Rating: 4 to 127

  Mary, Mary!

Mary, Mary life's so scary,
just where have you been.
I've written lines,
so many times,
I can't do it again.

I miss your wit,
can't do without it,
need to see your words on the page.
I cast a sigh,
as time goes by,
A feel my minds in a cage!

Mary, Mary life's so scary,
This road I'm on is so dark.
I'm in a fright,
go toward the light,
Your memories my spark.

To make it worse,
its just my curse,
We are missing our Rose ,too!
Coms. broke down,
my face a frown,
You know I love both of you!

Mary, Mary life's so scary,
Its your BrytEyz that I desire.
Brian's still fun,
Jeans a hun (honey),
and Dave's about to retire!

Jim's so smart,
Walt's an old fart,
But I have Samantha to look up to.
Roger is Roger,
Mervin's an old codger,
Hope you know I'm sure missing you!

Mary, Mary life's so scary,
at least Caitlin is still around.
Andrew's still here,
With Mercury, yes dear!
I think Kathryn is on dry ground!

Delaney is back,
Emily's on tack,
we even see Katie, once in a while.
Regina is new,
and Eleni is too,
But I, still miss your smile!

Mary, Mary life is so scary,
especially living without you.
I'm at a loss,
pray to the cross,
to give me the words to use!

I'm thankful I guess,
God has given me the test,
Heather helps us to remember his word.
Paul is no fool,
Shannon is cool,
and Mike really is not a nerd.

Mary, Mary life is so scary.
I hope you can come back some day.
I miss you so much,
your comments and such,
and all of the things that you say!

Mary, Mary life without you's so scary!

(To Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary)
Tony, Tony, Quite Contrary
How these poems do grow
With tales to tell, and rhymes that sell
Your empathy easily shows
--------------------------------
(To Mary Had A Little Lamb)
Mary wrote a little jam
A song they soon would know
On every site that Mary went
her jam was sure to go

So sing along for fun today
I wrote the song for you
And don't dare stop to ask me why
Just know the jam is cool!
--------------------------------
Pssst... I'm back! And thank you so much. You are a sweetheart! *Huge Hugs*

Me, on dry ground? o.O? Um, okay. Thanks for the mention and for that nifty poem you emailed me. I think "nurd" should be spelled "nerd"? I miss Mary too, I hope that all is well in her world. Take care Anthony, and thanks again! I always look forward to more of these. And for the record, my legal name is Kathryn, but everyone who knows me calls me Kat. ^_^ Easier to rhyme! *hugs* Keep up the awesome work man.

It's a very good poem and well written (as usual) everyone has their only line even though you're writing about someone in particular which makes the poem even more interesting keep up the writing!!

Oh wow, thanks for mentioning me! I seem to be popping up all over the place! It really is rather nice ^-^ I do hope Mary returns soon, and for a good while longer. I really like the rhythm to the poem, Anthony, and how everyone has a special line :)

I think this is kinda cute and bouncy, but I feel a sincere expression of loss. Where is Mary? Is she gone for good? Hmmm. Yeah, I see what you mean.... I'm looking for my Regina! Maybe she's gone with Mary? Let me know if you see her!
