Hi everyone! I have some informations and I want to know if you are interesting in it. First of all i will write the questions I can answer, the answer will be based on manga and sometimes anime and of course on my opinion.
Well if you still here and reading my Moon note, this is the questions I can answer:
1)Why Seiya Kou is not the one for Usagi? Is he a man or a woman?
2)Sailor Cosmos, who is this mysterious soldier for justice?Is she truly the ultimate form of Sailor Moon?
3)Does Mamoru ever says "I love you" to Usagi?
4)Why they(Serena and Darien) are not in love in first season?

I am very interested in the answers. I don't read the manga, only watch the cartoon, so I would really like to know the answers to these questions! PLEASE!
It neat to see another big fan! Let me compare my answers to yours. Let's see here... the answers here depend on your source. Let me explain.
1. Seiya Kou is not the one for Usagi because destiny has her put with Endymion, aka Mamoru. Chibi-Usa must be born and for Chibi-Usa to be born, Usagi must marry Mamoru. Besides, in normal form on Kinmokusei (Seiya's home planet) he is in fact a full time she.
2. Okay, this one depends on your source. Since I am THAT big of a Sailor Moon junkie (through and through Moonatic) I have read all of the Stars manga AND seen the anime. In the anime, Sailor Cosmos just happens to look a lot like Sailor Moon. They are, in fact, two completely different people. Sailor Cosmos is one of two people: she is either the ultimate Senshi of the Galaxy who was deposed by Chaos (a shadow in one scene of the very last episodes of the anime) or she is the ultimate form of Chibi Chibi Moon. It's a complicated issue, and I wish they would put her in a musical, LOL. I'll tell ya what she is: She's a minor character they should use a lot more of!!
3. In PGSM, no. In the anime, I don't think so... he might have in episode 199 or 200. Somewhere around there. In the manga, yes... the last printed edition features their wedding, and the conception of Chibi-Usa. I think he only tells her once though.
4. Simple: He has a dream about protecting the Princess, and it becomes his all consuming purpose. Just like in PGSM, his mission was the Ginzuishou, so he couldn't focus on anything else. Especially anything as trifle as love. (His thinking, not mine!!) ^_^
