What reasons should I be sent to hell for?

I am not a bad person,
I just do bad things

I am a sinner
I was born that a way
yes, I sin
Listen, what I say

The road to hell is paved
with good intentions
But the path to hell
has several detour missions

I refuse to feel bad for who I am
Who am I to question God
or judge his great plan?

Before God created us
he started from the end
He knew what would happen
before he ever began

I have no control over the things
I have been lead to do

Sometimes I make good decisions
Most of the time I choose good over evil
but there is something that has a hold of me
Something that just won't let me be

Now I might try and fool myself for a time or so
but let's face it
if you're gonna do it, you're gonna do it
So, just do it
that's what you're supposed to do

Now, I'm not giving you permission
to do all the things you can do without
but it doesn't matter even if I did
you still couldn't do them, no doubt

Because, the reverse is the same
We can't make ourselves do it if we weren't suppose to
Are you insane?

But, how do I plead? No contest is my reply
I will not argue with God
He will send me where he wants to when I die

And it will be good
Sometimes I just wish
I understood

But most of the time
I am glad that I don't know why
you know what I mean?

But if you don't there is nothing I can do
to convince you that it's true
Only God can open your eyes

But before I go
I want you to know

I am just telling you my point of view

I am not asking for you to agree with me
I was just wondering if you would walk with me?

Hi,

Your poetry was recommended to me.
Thought I would givee it a go.
The structure is different, but I think I lick it.

This is one of the most beautiful and well-written poems that I have ever read.
Very clear, very precise, very feeling without over-doing it. Very natural. I could go on forever..................................

It's marvelous!

Rich
