It's good to be back!

As a lot of know, I really haven't been on P-n-P very much lately. I'm really sorry aout that. It's just now I have a dial-up connection so slow that I can't even get off the main page! Yes, it's THAT bad. But maybe it's my fault for having so much crud on my computer...

Anyway!
A lot of stuff has happened since my last submission or comment. I have entered high school. Yay me, lawlz. I actually think it's pretty fun so far. Homecoming was a blast and I'm learning a lot of new stuff that actually holds my attention.

Classes:

Approaches to Art- The name practically says it all. We do random projects that have to do with drawing and making jewelry, and even a few homework sheets (XP)

World Culture- Probably my favorite class. We've moved on from learning about the US's short history and now we're learning about the entire world and it's earliest civilisations (sp?) like Mesopotamia and even the Ice Man. It's really interesting but my teacher rambles a lot.

Math- Basically things we did in classes before, like Area and perimeter and such. This is the one class where we don't get much done because we have some trouble makers in there.

Latin- My SECOND favorite class. Besides learning things that have to do with history (the ancient Roman culture), I have made a new friend! She's into manga too, so we get along well. Her Roman name is Valeria, and mine is Sempronia. So feel free to call me that anytime! ;) And maybe I'll write a little bit in Latin once I learn more.

IPS (Introduction to Physical Science)- Another course like Math where we're going over basic things we've gone through before. That teacher is really nice especially since he writes all the labs on the board so we can just copy them.

English- Also not really interesting. I think the only thing I'm looking forward to in the class this year is reading the novels.

Programming in Basic- A class that has you working with computers. I do not understand it at ALL. Our teacher explained that it's "A logic class" so I now know that I am going to fail. I only understand very few things in that class. The teacher's really cool, too. He can succeed at making funny jokes.
For Example:
"So do we all get an A in this class?"
"You want an A?"
"Yeah!"
"Eh!"
Sorry, I just had to share that ^^

Gym- The last period of the day, thankfully. We don't have to go to all of our classes smelling bad and all sweaty. The bad part of it is that we have to do written work outside of class, and if we miss a day we have to make it up before or after school by lifting weights or something. I see a perfect attendance record in my future.

So that's basically every day in high school for me. The only bad part is that there is no study hall.

High school is not the only change for me. I am also starting to like old music. I mean old music. Not the kind my dad listened back when he was a teen, I mean the kind grandma listened to, like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, some sixties music. But don't get me wrong. I'm still obsessed with Darren Hayes.
And I almost FORGOT... I now have a pen-pal from Japan named Yuki.

So that's all for right now I guess. Thanks for reading this, I really appreciate it!

P.S. I'll start commenting again statim.
