Wonderful imagery of the translucent colors of a rainbow. The promise to mankind that this world will never again be destroyed by water. Maybe, by fire, but not by water! This is a solemn write, David!

This is a nice haiku. Only one comment and an unimportant one perhaps. A traditional haiku does not mention the season, but uses words that evoke the season.

Evoke a simple, pleasant scene, which needs no explanation.

I waited all morning for that! No, I am just kidding, did you see the rainbow, it is beautiful, isn't it. I am so glad, I made a covenant with my mother too. She said every time you smile let it be a reminder that I will bless everything you do and let it be a reminder for you to remember everything you know. I am smiling. Thank you, David, Great write
