The Letter

Why do you call me little girl as if it were my name?
Don't you remember that was what I called my daughter
are you saying we are the same?

And then you say if you knew what you were in for when we first met
you wouldn't have bothered
Why?
Do you know what you're in for yet?

So you think I am a mess
that you always fall in
over, and over and
I am the same as all women

You say, I severely abuse you
and I have to leave you alone
Then why did you look for me
Or call me on the phone?

So now you compare me to your father
I don' know why, I even bother!

When did I get into your head or even worse your heart?
I don't understand, please explain that part
When I around you I don't know how I feel
I am always wondering if you're for real

Then you piss me off over stupid shit
I yell at you because I feel like
I have just been hit!

How was I supposed to know you were falling?
You never even gave me a chance
If I knew you were testing me
I would have told you not to bother
Don't test me I fail
maybe even worse than your father

Who am I to destroy you
you don't even think I can boil water
so how did I do it baby
what did I do?

Once more I hear your pain, and I'm reading things between the lines. It's a little vague, but the writing is beautiful as ever. As only you can do.
Your friend,

Rich
