Lifetimes

by Mehrina Butt (Age: 18)

Age Rating: 10 +

Strength of the Tempest
Wisdom of the Sage
Bravery of the Warrior
Thus, A Miracle was Born

Darkness of the Night
Grace of the Wind
Speed of Death
Thus, Trouble Thrived

Rage of the Inferno
Sorrow of the Tear
Purity of the Soul
Thus, Life was Living Hell

A very open, honest piece and even though dark, a darkness we can all relate toe.

The flow was very smooth and rhythmical.

Hope all has been well with you and Leigh-Chan,

Rich

Hey Mehrina,

Though I may not be a fan of dark stuff, I've got to admit, this poem's pretty good. Nice Job!

p.s. I'm not a big fan of the last word though, but that's just me, and, I don't curse so you know, I am kinda hard about that one factor...

Wonderful! So dark, I thrive on it! So wonderful, darkness true darkness. The way you wrote this is amazing! Each line is telling a little story of it's own. Short, but very nice... I couldn't write something so good when I was new for the life of me! I mostly do the darkest thinks I can now. Some of the stuff I've been witting about being futile and death is down right evil. No sweat about the last line, I use the word hell in quite a few poems. Either way. This is wonderful poem I love at and can't wait to read more of yours. And also all the spelling and grammar is perfect also. You're a really great dark writer and they way you write is also great. You should do more dark poems, that's your best if you ask me. Them again that might just be because I love dark poems. Great work!
