but still I wish it might, I wish it may...
Could it really happen to me?
Do fantasies ever become reality?

I can't be sure that I'll
Ever hold you again
But don't take that to mean
I don't trust you my friend

I do feel it when you
Say you'll always love me
I feel all your passion
And your sincerity

But how can I believe
Something so good could stay
It never has before,
still here you are today

Anything worth keeping
Always slipped thru my hands
The ground always crumbled
Where 'ere I chose to stand

So as I'm waiting here
And I look in your eyes
It may be hard for you
But Baby, realize...

I love you much the same
As you claim to love me
And surely time will tell
A tale to set doubts free

Please be patient for now
'Till I can comprehend
That love is something real
To touch and apprehend

Hold me close like always
Tight and close to your chest
Say the things you think and
Do that which you do best

Love me with all your might
Dance me across the floor
Sing me songs from your heart
