My Jukebox Hero's

Standing in the crowd.
Jumping up and down.
Waiting to be wowed.
By your rock-n-roll sound.

You walk out on the stage.
And I am blown away.
I hope to play like you did that day.
I hope to awe people too.
To sing out loud just like you.

I sang with the hot blooded sea of people.
Head banged till I had double vision.
It even felt like the first time I screamed so loud.
Then it was over and I felt as cold as Ice.
But I was high on your sound,
As high as the girl on the moon.

So no matter what happens from this week on.
I'll be so happy that I got to,
Hear,
See,
And touch my Jukebox Hero's.

We place them on pedestals, but they are only talented people just like yourself. Remember that you can do what ever you want, just work for it and do all your homework(not school..pratcice). You can do it if you try! Anthony

I like your description of the action in this poem. You really get into the crowd and into the rock and roll euphoria. Your rhyming is very good and it flows very nicely. I see no mistakes with this one. Good job.
