To my dear friend

  To my dear friend

When ever you need a shoulder to lean on
A shoulder to cry on
A person to talk to
Some one to help you
I'll promise to ......
All ways be there for you....
No matter what.

Even if we start to fight
I know everything will turn out
All right.
Even if you make new friends
and hang with them.
I know we'll still be friends.

As the rain will fall
I'll know as you call
We're still buds
Just because

I don't care if your far away
because it will be okay
I'll still be there for you
talk to you about what we're going through

I'm sorry if I hurt your fealings before
If you leave it won't hurt me any more
I'm happy if you are
Even if it seems like we are far
I'm still your friend
Until the end.

Your friend,
Lauren

I've read this a couple of times, now. I usually do that with most works, then come back a day later or so, and read again. All the "picky" stuff has already been commented on. And my pen is lazy today. So I have to do double-duty. But that isn't hard with this write. It's a nice piece. Clear and not all jumbled up with a lot of emotional tags that usually don't go anywhere. There is still a lot to be said for a good idea, well-written, in a coherent manner and presented gracefully. You did that with this one.

It's good writing, Lauren. ^^

I like your ideas about friendship. My life as a traveler, has given me opportunities to meet people from all over the country. Some I will never see again, but that doesn't mean that they are not still a good friend to me. Mean what you write and you will do well with people the rest of your life.
