No
I can't
I won't ever let my heart pound like this ever again
I promised myself this years ago...
It can only give me a weakness...
I'm not strong enough to have a weakness
I can't have anyone or anything to hold me back
Not now
Not ever
This forbidden emotion...
This unwanted emotion...
This dreaded emotion...
This forbidden emotion...
I can't
I can't have a weakness
How can I destroy murders so much stronger than me with a weakness?
I can't
I won't
I won't let myself love you

The panic, the determination, the infinite depth, THIS IS THE BEST!!! I LOVE it! It's so strong and yet, so beautifully woven. Like water. Don't ask, I'm thinking of water. Maybe I'm dehydrating? O_O

Anyway, there is one prominent mistake. The 4th last line, I think murders should be murderers. All in all, GREAT JOB!!!

P.S. This poem has created a scene in my mind that would be great for Double!
