Monday is the new day
Fresh from the weekend
Tuesday is the boring day
No surprises are portend
Wednesday is the horrid day
Always among the pits
Thursday is the smiling day
When the sun miraculously lits
Friday is the hyper day
When everyone zooms by
Saturday is the tranquil day
When time relaxes, as do I
But Sunday is the special day
At least for now, that is
It's New Year, hooray, it's finally come!
What joy, oh what bliss!

Hey, my week is similar to Shannon's but at the end of school, I know that I will be able to see my baby bro, which makes the week go fast, I suppose ¬.¬' Nah, the entire week is boring lol!
Monday: boring coz it is the begining of the week
Tuesday: OK coz I get to cook ^.^
Wednesday: OK, middle of the week and I have P.E
Thursday: Boring, I have citizenship
Froday:Should be a good day but I have science 3 times ¬.¬
I'll shut up now XD
Great write by the way,
Tasha
This is cute, but I see the week a bit differently.
Monday: worst day of the week.
Tuesday: bad day of the week.
Wednesday: ok day. school week is 1/2 over
Thursday: getting better. cant wait till Friday.
Friday: YAY! End of school for 2 days.
Saturday: the best day of the week.
Sunday: i dont want go back to school on Monday
but of coarse this all changes in the summer, when mos days are good days!
Your poem is a very creative and imaginative work of art. I liked the structure and the rhythm,
especially the way you broke out the days. I do agree with Mike.
This is great, though I read it late and it still brought a smile. I've been away, and couldn't say, but I come back once in a while. So when I do, I check on you and am always pleased to see.
Another write, such a delight, to read your poetry! Anthony
Such fitting descriptions for every day... this poem sums up the feelings of countless people about the days of the week. Your word choice and mechanics are excellent, and the poem's length gets the idea across without being too short or too long. As it stands, I'd really have to dig to find any mistakes with this poem, but hunting down trivial mistakes that do not seriously affect the overall work is not how I review. Another great poem! Happy New Year!
Very nice! For me Monday's living heck (I keeping this comment clean for you age rated it for the poem, not your friends bad language...), Tuesday is surviving. Wednesday is the day of hope. Thursday, Neon Genesis Evangelion, the library, and most likely a test or two. And Friday is the god-sent day of freedom. "Fabulous freedom filled Friday" as I put it in first grade. Very good work! I'd never of come up with something so creative...Happy New Year!
