Love Is

Love is not a colour,
And love is not a shape,
Love is always good and kind,
And love can never hate.
Love cannot see black and white,
For we all look the same,
Love is there to build us up,
And never points the blame.

Love is quite forgiving,
And love is what we need,
Love can heal the things that hurt,
And comfort when we bleed.
Love is found in palaces,
And also on the street,
Love is found in you and me,
And everyone we meet.

Love will give us courage,
And love will keep us strong,
Loving only those with hope,
Is very, very wrong.
Love is outside time and space,
But it is in your soul,
Show your love to everyone,
And it will make you whole.

ahhhhhh how sweet...is it a valentines poem perhaps... its nice to see that ppl still believe in love and all its goodness. i liked her you weaved the story of your poem with the repetation of the word love good job.
