On February the 14th
Valentine’s day
I’ll send my love
In the most special way

I won’t send chocolate hearts
Or red roses, with diamonds
I’ll send a card, with a teddy on the front
Signed and sealed with my love

I know you’re disappointed
But just wait and see,
What I have planned tonight
Just for Valentine’s Day

One dinner at your favourite restaurant
A walk on the beach
Holding hands
Close as can be

We’ll walk back to my house,
I’ll kiss your cheek goodnight
But not before giving
Your gift for tonight

In the box so blue
Lies a silver picture frame
Inside, a picture of us two

With this I send my love and passion
My future and a promise,
That I will love you till the next
Valentine’s Day

I like the subject matter and the writing is quite good, but like the others have indicated, this could be smoothed out. Try to get full rhyming lines that flow off the tongue like water. I know you can do it; it will just take a little bit of work.
