Farewell Roger
by Richard Reed Jr
copyright 02-22-2006

Age Rating: 1 to 127

***** Dedicated to Roger Crique *****

Past, present
Difficult knowing
Which is which

Last night
Dreaming eagle?
Eagle dreaming me?

Life
Ever changing
The melting moon

Old friends
Meet and part
Not forgotten

Old friends
Always go
Yet, stay

Farewell
The poet the friend
This dream-like world

Thinking of you
Through the window
Sunshine

*** Farewell Roger from your friends at P-n-P ***

Very good, I'll be sure to bid him farewell also. Unusual topic, and a touching sentiment to Roger. Very true, we will never forget the friends we make anywhere. And if their good friends like you and I then you can be sure they won't louse touch. Good work on a semi-dark poem. And there's not even any mistakes... Well, that I can see. And we all have a few "good demons" take over our minds sometimes. ;)

May the divine darkness be with you,
Leigh
