I Think I Met an Angel
by Jessica P. (Age: 15)
copyright 04-19-2006

Age Rating: 1 to 127

I think I met an angel
Across the street and down the road
But the answer to this question
Has yet to unfold

She claims she can talk to God
She's told me many stories
And I know no better than to believe it all
Because they help my worries

It helps my faith get stronger
And gets better all the time
And I'd like to share it with you
Through the art of rhyme

This is one subject I get a bit passionate about, and not for the reasons you think. I don't think there is a God, but I do believe in a higher being. I just can't believe in anything without solid proof. And to just believe isn't enough for me. That aside, I shall comment regularly, and won't let it sway my praise or comment, because that won't be fair to you.

You are the queen of rhyming, you know that? I cannot rhyme for the life of me! I really cannot! Beautiful work.
