Now, what is it you do to me,
That brings me back again?
And why is it I need you so?
I really can't explain.
It's more than just your loving touch,
It's more than just your charm,
It's more than just the way you talk,
Or hold me in your arms.
I have this great undying need,
To be so close to you,
Of being everywhere you are,
Like paper stuck on glue.
I really can't explain it all,
The answer's out of reach,
But every time I look at you,
I seem to lose my speech.
It must be those big Baby Blues,
That keep me so entranced,
For every time you look at me,
I never stand a chance.
I fall into those limpid pools,
They steal my very soul,
They strip away resistance, and
I seem to lose control.
And as I look upon your face,
It comes as no surprise,
I'm gasping for a breath of air,
While drowning in your eyes.
