That's life,
full of choices, problems and dreams.
Things don't always go the way you want,
most are not that important.
The choices are the worst,
they make you want to burst.
Problems are just the same,
they don't make sense anyway.
Dreams are the ones that are always crushed,
your life sometimes turns to mush.
You just want to get away from them all,
but they can get so tall.
Life is hard, harder than most,
you wish it was gone and toast.
Life can be easy,
but it turns into an allergy.

That's really good. It shows the way life(and love, unfortunately) can be. I liked how you put the picture there to emphasize the poem and it's meaning. Good work, keep writing! Erbarley!

Good work! I've decided to embark in reading all your poems, but I was having helluva time figuring out where I left off...:) I like this piece, it had good flow and rhyming and even though it was a little on the vague side, that trait in poems can be a good thing so more people can relate to it. I liked how it was general facts we all have to realize someday put into a poetic form. I didn't see any errors, and my only pick is the age-old complaint, capitalization. Although poetry without all lines capitalized is now commonly accepted nowadays, I checked my English book from a few years ago for S&Gs and double checked it said "every line of poetry". :) *shrug* What can I say? I'm traumatized about capitalization since I had an evil first grade teacher. And I'm still picky about caps nearly ten years later. :D I guess she did was she was shooting for...making me remember something! Good work, keep writing!

Excellent, Alma! This poem was great, it had a good theme and flow but I feel like it just dropped off.. A cliff-hanger.. That is the one bad thing I noticed, everything else was good though!

Nice Poem! I like the idea of your poem, about making choices. And, even though the choice seems right at the time, things don't always turn out quite right.
I somewhat agree with your poem when it says:
"Dreams are the ones that are always crushed,"
I agree, dreams do get crushed, but not all the time. Sometimes, I guess, even when a dream is crushed a new opprotunity appears, leaving room for new dreams, and so on.
So I guess in a way dreams are crushed just to make room for new dreams...I don't know, I'm kinda tired, so sorry if I'm not making much sence.
Either way, I thought your poem was an all around good poem. The only thing I could suggest is maybe reading through the poem one more time. Some of the rhymes seem a little forced, which caused some parts to be a little confusing with words...or maybe I'm just tired. XD
Anyway, Good Poem!

life is hard, but it's worth it when your dreams come true, even if one does crumble, go get another one. There are plenty of dreams come true, just waiting for you.
You are an excellent writer. I just love your Woods, rhymes, and style,
Rich

Interestin poem.
From the God are blessings to the poets of such a kind kind,
And Holy Spirit with Holy Son with 1000 metamorphoses opening our mind;
Gifted us angel-muses divisions, baptized us modern-classic apostles of poetry:
And this poem is witness, that we only able to approach to Eternity.

It may be short, but it makes a lot of sense for some.
