We're falling through time
I can hear the clock chime
The clocks hands are a blur
I don't know when we'll be cured
They're starting to slow
As we wake from the blow
Hear the wind howling in our ears
It by now must have been years
Getting up off the floor
To walk through the door
The ground starts to shake
We're not yet fully awake
We're living a dream
Things are not as they seem
The world seems to change
With every step things re-arrange
The smiles aren't true
The whole world looks blue
We're faking good nature
Thinking it makes us look mature
