The Poetry
by Irina Guschina (Age: 53)
copyright 06-27-2006

Age Rating: 13 to 127

No place to hide myself,
only a quiet corner.
I'll fall on the paper,
lie down between breathing lines,
and cover myself by words.
Somewhere among pulsating
tiniest syllables
I will feel safe, at last.

Dear Greg, Gregory, Jakie and Toni!
Thank you for reading and reviewing my work!

Sorry, I can't write each of you...I am a reader now.
God bless you all!
Irina

I liked this one too!! You provoke feelings that we normally let hibernate. You paint a concise picture, but are we ever safe?

Irina: what a graceful and delicate tale you've spun with so few words! Remarkable, as usual. Very sleek, I loved it.

I like the imagery you used in this poem. :) It's done beautifully, and it's simple. Awesome work. I'll have to go look at your other pieces now, just to read them.

You have a great talent for writing small poems like this. You always make it short and to the point. I really likes how you pieced this poem together. Keep up the great work
